Nice coffee shop in the university neighborhood. The drinks taste good but I didn’t like that they don’t cater much to each customer. So I came in and want the cheese foam on the side but that’s not possible because they can’t do separate cup on the side. I brought my own clean corkcicle thermos but they can’t use that due to COVID policy. I think there shouldn’t be an update to this policy as COVID is no longer that much of a concern and I can’t be a regular customer having to digest micro plastic from these plastic coated paper cup everyday. This is not to mention environmental concern.

This was my first time picking up from KRISP Fresh Living at 2272 Michelson Dr., Suite 100 in Irvine, and unfortunately it left a very negative first impression. I picked up a delivery order on May 21, 2026, around 9:05 a.m. The order had nine drinks, and they were handed to me in several separate drink trays without secure bags or proper packaging. When I asked if the drinks could be packaged more safely, the person assisting me, who appeared to to have some kind of authority, said they did not have bags large enough to fit the drink trays. I mentioned Starbucks-style packaging as an example because Starbucks commonly places one drink tray inside a bag to make drinks easier and safer to carry. I was not asking KRISP Fresh Living to be Starbucks. I was asking for reasonable packaging for liquid items. The response I received was rude and dismissive. She said something like, “Unfortunately, we are not Starbucks. Other people bring their own bags.” There was no apology, no offer to help, and no alternative solution. I really like this place! It's only a short drive from my work, so I enjoy coming here to get out of the office. I've ordered several things and they've all consistently been really good, including the matcha. The staff have always been very kind and helpful, even when the place is busy. My favorite is the rose cardamom latte with oat milk, but I'm going to be trying something different each time. I have a few small suggestions that would make this even better: 1. Offer dairy-free cold foam 2. Allow customers to call and speak to workers (I once had an issue with doordash not delivering my coffee, and since they don't take calls, I had to drive there and ask them about it. Luckily, the staff were super nice and helped me out). 3. Offer more vegan food items (they have a pretty good selection, but some nice vegan pastries, sandwiches, etc. would be great!)

1. The latte definitely had some flavor of banana! The drink had a nice blend! 2. The spot has fun casual vibes! There is a lot of people in the shop! 3. The staff were friendly and timely with my order! It took less than 10 mins! Note: There are two self-order kiosks! Photo: Banana Latte

Nice and calm coffee and juice bar with smooth jazz playing over the speakers. A nice place to study or just relax. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I tried their Decaf Butter Rum Toffee and it tasted really good. I loved the sweetness of the toffee and the hint of rum.
